Hazel Edwards, Head of Customer Voice and Value

Hazel joined Wrekin in 2021. She manages how we use your views to design and deliver our services. She also looks at how we work in partnership to create wider social value in communities. Hazel is very passionate about making sure all services are made with customer involvement at heart.

Dave Lewis, Customer Engagement Manager

Dave joined Wrekin in 2006 as a Marketing and Research Assistant. He later moved to the Customer Voice team in 2009. Dave enjoys working with customers and listening to their views to make sure they get the best service.

Dona Guy, Customer Voice Coordinator

Dona has worked at Wrekin for over 20 years in most service areas. She currently focuses on complaints and how we can learn from them to improve services for you.

Michele Ashley, Customer Voice Coordinator

Michele previously worked for Wrekin as a Housing Executive, working all over the Telford area. She has also worked with Telford & Wrekin Council supporting vulnerable young people and adults to make safer life choices. Michele joined the Customer Voice team in 2023, after re-igniting her passion for making a difference in local communities.

Kathryn Holmes, Customer Voice Coordinator

Kathryn has worked at Wrekin since 2013, joining the Customer Voice team in 2022. Originally working as a Marketing Executive promoting Wrekins ShireLiving apartments, Kathryn continues to be passionate about communication.
