New homes from the Trust
Residents have been moving in to the latest brand new homes to be offered for rent by The Wrekin Housing Trust. Keys to the first six new homes, a mixture of town houses, bungalows and apartments were recently handed over to the lucky residents, who'll shortly be moving in to their new homes at Monarch Fields in Donnington.

This is the Trust's largest new development to date in the Telford area, with homes on the prestigious new site also available for sale through shared ownership. Further new homes, for rent and for sale, will become available in phases over the coming months.

Monarch Fields is just one of the Trust's new developments in the Telford and Newport area; other sites currently under construction or recently completed include Aston Court in Newport, Maddocks Court in Wellington, Lancaster Avenue and King Street in Dawley and the Extra Care scheme at Park Lane in Woodside. Outside of the area, the Trust has new homes, for sale and for rent, in a variety of locations including Stafford, Shrewsbury, Ellesmere, Wem and Market Drayton.
