Esther is a non-practising solicitor having graduated from the University of Manchester and qualified as a Solicitor, specialising in criminal defence, in 2000.

She has twenty years’ experience within the arts and charitable sectors, including consultancy work for national and international charities advising on income generation strategy and developing event fundraising income. Esther has managed and owned two event management businesses and has held non-executive roles with various social enterprise organisations and First Conference Estates Ltd.

Since 2020, Esther has been working on the Covid-19 response and specifically the accelerated growth of the Covid-19 testing programme which she now heads for one of the governments strategic management partners.
