New homes are perfect first step
Happy tenants are moving into our new development, The Burgage in Eccleshall, Staffordshire.
The new homes are our first Rent to Buy scheme, which allows first time buyers to rent their home at a reduced rent and save a deposit to buy the property in the future.
The 24 new, two bedroom houses feature a lounge, kitchen diner, utility space and downstairs WC as well as parking and gardens making them an ideal choice for a first home.
Choosing Eccleshall because of its location and beautiful scenery. James Pope and Hannah Beetwell have always wanted to live in a more rural town and received their keys this week. They said;

About Rent to Buy
Rent to Buy is a government backed scheme aimed at renters who are looking to purchase their first home. Monthly rent costs are approximately 20% lower per month than private rents, for up to five years. This allows people to save towards a deposit to buy a home in the future.
During that time they have the option to buy the property outright, or a part of it under a shared ownership scheme.
To apply you must be a first time buyer or returning to the market following a relationship breakdown and not own any other residential property.
