Our latest annual report is now available for our customers to read.
2019/2020 proved to be another successful year with some outstanding performance and this was achieved through the hard work of our staff, volunteers, partners and our customers. The end of the year was impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic and we continue to face this challenge alongside the community, authorities and customers.
The annual report details information on the areas that matter to you, our customers. You will find a summary of performance on subjects including home improvements, customer satisfaction, income and expenditure.
