We have recently produced a new Tenant's Handbook for all tenants. The new handbook gives useful information about Trust properties, and the services we provide.

We involved tenants in the production of the handbook to make sure that it covers information that is useful.

Tenancy agreement

We have written a new Tenancy Agreement to simplify and clarify the wording, and make it easier to understand. The Tenants' Panel looked closely at the agreement and it has now been awarded Clear English and Tenant Read accreditations.
