Innovative Services Award 2007
Presented at the Inmotion 2007 Conference (by Xmbace, the supplier of the "Opti-Time" scheduler), the award recognises the innovative approach that the Trust has taken in setting up mobile working and the new repairs service.

Best Public Sector Procurer Award 2006
The Trust's Hand-e-Work solution and software, coupled with the partnership with Travis Perkins and the e-business software that was developed in relation to this, won Best Public Sector Procurer category at this year's ICT Cluster Awards. The awards, organised by Advantage West Midlands, recognise and celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in ICT within the West Midlands

British Building Maintenance Award 2006 for 'Procurement & Technology Improves Performance', organised by the IMBM (Institute of Maintenance and Building Management). The award submission was based around the Trust's partnership with Travis Perkins, and the innovative software solution developed in-house at the Trust.

Shortlisted in the CIMA Financial Management Awards 2006. The Trust's Finance team was short listed for 'Finance Team of the Year' in the pubic sector category of the CIMA Financial Management Awards 2006. Their entry focussed on the team leading the Maintenance Workforce Action Plan project. This included setting up the new trading account, performance monitoring systems, the electronic ordering and invoicing processes and developing the new van stocks system. The project resulted in savings of over £1 million on routine repairs in 05/06.

Shortlisted in UK Housing Awards 2006. The Hollinswood Regeneration Project was shortlisted in the "excellence in Regeneration" category.

Runner-up for the 'Most effective small team or project' at The RegenWM (Regeneration West Midlands) Awards for the Trust's Hollinswood Regeneration Project.
