Chef Manager - Oakwood


Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,594.89

Location: Wellington, Telford

Hours: 37.5 hours per week covering a 7 day rota

Shift Pattern: 07:00am - 15:00pm

 

The Role:

Are you passionate about showcasing your cooking skills? Do you have experience of managing a small team? This is a great opportunity for you to work alongside our catering team to prepare nutritious, delicious meals for our ShireLiving residents putting a smile on their faces.

If you have excellent people skills, hold a NVQ Level 3 in Catering and looking to work as part of a fantastic team, look no further.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing quality food
  • Managing kitchen operations
  • Tracking inventory
  • Ordering supplies
  • Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
  • Training new kitchen employees on standards and regulations
  • Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
  • Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
