How can I get involved?
Your views matter to us. By working in partnership with you, we can make sure we provide services you want and value. Being an involved tenant allows you to positively challenge us and make a real difference whilst making friends, building confidence and learning new skills along the way. It will also look great on your CV!
We can offer you a variety of ways to get involved in the management of your home and your feedback helps us to learn where we can make improvements:
Customer Voice Panel
This standalone panel consists of involved residents and up to three Board members. This gives our customers a direct line to the Board. Tenants can put their views across and hold the Board to account for delivering services, addressing issues that are important for customers. As a member, you'll ensure our customers' voice is heard and you can get involved from as little as four hours a month.
The Tenants’ Panel is made up of residents from the wider tenant body to represent all tenants. The panel influences policies, strategies and service delivery, by working with the Group to improve services from the start. As a member, you'll look at what we do and you can get involved from as little as six hours a month.
You can directly contact a Tenant Representative by calling 01952 217201 or email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 01952 217181.
Customer Assurance Panel
The Customer Assurance Panel reviews our performance against the National and Local Standards. This assures Homes England, the Group’s Board, employees and tenants that the Group is doing what we say we are doing. As a member, you'll make sure that the Trust is doing things to the right standard and you can get involved from as little as four hours a month.
Tenant Audit Group
Tenant Auditors work closely with the Group to look behind the scenes of the services we deliver and make recommendations on any improvements they think we should make. Training is provided and as a member, you'll look at how we do things and you can get involved from as little as six hours per month!
