How can I get involved?
We can offer you a variety of ways to get involved in the management of your home:
Customers with the right skills and experience may have the chance to work with the Board. We are proud to have customers involved at a strategic level.
The Tenants' Panel is made up of residents from the wider tenant body to represent all tenants. The panel influences policies, strategies and service delivery, by working with the Trust to improve services from the start.
You can directly contact a Tenant Representative by calling 01952 217201 or email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 01952 217181
Customer Assurance Panel
The Customer Assurance Panel is made up of Trust tenants, and is designed to review our performance against the National and Local Standards. This is important work to assure the Homes and Communities Agency, The Trust’s Board, employees and tenants that the organisation is doing what we say.
Tenant Auditors Group
Tenant Auditors look at services provided and make recommendations on how these services could be improved, tailoring services to real customer needs, at the same time gaining personal skills along the way.
If you would like further information or are interested in getting involved, please contact the Continuous Improvement Team 01952 217181 or email email@example.com
