How can I get involved?
We can offer you a variety of ways to get involved in the management of your home:
Customers with the right skills and experience may have the chance to work with the Board. We are proud to have customers involved at a strategic level.
The Tenants' Panel is made up of residents from the wider tenant body to represent all tenants. The panel influences policies, strategies and service delivery, by working with the Trust to improve services from the start.

Customer Assurance Panel
The Customer Assurance Panel is made up of Trust tenants, and is designed to review our performance against the National and Local Standards. This is important work to assure the Homes and Communities Agency, The Trust’s Board, employees and tenants that the organisation is doing what we say.
Tenant Auditors Group
Tenant Auditors look at services provided and make recommendations on how these services could be improved, tailoring services to real customer needs, at the same time gaining personal skills along the way.

Who - If you are a tenant you can be a Real Shopper and earn rewards!
What – If you have used any of our services we want you to tell us how it was. Good or bad, we want to know.
How – You can become a Real Shopper member by contacting us and registering.
You can tell us how we did by:
- Filling out our freepost form
- Calling our free voicemail line.
Why – Most companies have mystery shoppers, but we have 12,500 ‘real’ shoppers that experience our services all the time. We want to know if a service is good or bad or if we’ve done something right or wrong so that we can improve our service to you!

The Trust invites tenants on a quarterly basis to our Tenant Unite Meetings, where the Trust will let you know what services we offer. It will also give you the chance to air your views on our services.

Our tenant Quality Inspectors inspect the quality of specific local services and tell us when it’s not right so that we can improve the overall quality of the service.
Trust Talks is our residents newsletter, which is sent out to all tenants twice a year to keep you up to date with news, advice and regional stories; you can tell us what you’d like to read about.
The Trust conducts a number of satisfaction surveys which is your opportunity to give your opinions on your home and the services that we provide. Your feedback helps us to plan and improve future work.
