Anyone can apply to the Group's fund, as long as it helps the community and will benefit a significant proportion of tenants and residents.
Community groups, churches, schools and employees are welcome to apply for the fund; all applicants will be considered where there is a social value benefit. This may be in the form of a building which is used by the public, a worklessness initiative, a digital inclusion project or environmental enterprise.

Once we have received your application, it will be submitted to Panel where you may be asked to attend an informal interview for more information. You'll then receive a decision within a week. Please note that you must have a bank account to apply for funding
