There isn't a specific person as such, but we do have a comments, compliments and complaints form which you can fill in online.

We also have lots of different ways that you can feed back more of what you think, everything from telephone surveys to joining our Tenants Panel - we call it Tenant Involvement.

Why don't you take a look at our Getting Involved page where I think you'll be surprised to see how many different ways you can have a say in our decision making?
