Dear Unhappy,

If we've done (or not done) something that you're unhappy about you can tell us what it is, and how you want it resolved, by going to our feedback page. There you'll find details of what we try and do to resolve any complaints that we get.

We actually appreciate you telling us about any problems that you've had not only because we want to make it right for you, but also because it may be that your problem is one that other tenants have been having and we haven't known about it.

That helps us make a better service for everyone.
