Why don't I get free rent weeks when I pay by direct debit but tenants who pay fortnightly do? It doesn't seem fair.

Although it seems unfair, you do actually get 'free' weeks,  you just don't notice them because you pay the same amount every month.

We work out how much your rent should be over the whole year, including the free weeks, then divide it by twelve so you can make regular payments.
