When you reported your repair you should have been asked what time was convenient for it to be carried out and an appointment made with you there and then.

If you reported it online then you should have received a phone call to arrange your appointment.

If this didn't happen, you could try ringing 01952 217217 again to check if your repair has been recorded on our system.
