Responses to anti-social beaviour reports
If I report anti-social behaviour how quickly will The Wrekin Housing Trust respond to me?
We understand that a quick response is important when you report instances of anti social behaviour and aim to respond to complaints within the following timescales:
- Serious allegations, such as physical assault (contact within one working day)
- Removal of racist or abusive graffiti or dangerous rubbish (contact within one working day)
- All other complaints (contact within five working days)
