My bin hasn't been collected today and I'm very annoyed. What can you do about it?

I know how frustrating it is when your bin is missed, but I'm afraid it isn't anything to do with the Trust. It's the council who are responsible for collecting your rubbish and you will need to ring them on 01952 384384. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out for you quickly.
