Q: My bin hasn't been collected today. What can you do about it?
A: It's frustrating when your bin is missed, but unfortunately it isn't anything to do with the Trust. It's the council who are responsible for collecting your rubbish and you will need to ring them on 01952 384384. Hopefully they'll get it sorted out for you quickly.
