Performance Information
Here you can find details of how we are performing in key areas of our services.
Organisations often use measures called Performance Indicators to monitor how well services are being delivered to the customer, and housing associations such as the Trust are no different. They are regulated by a government agency called the Housing Corporation, and part of the regulatory function is to ensure that associations monitor their performance and aim for continuous improvement in accordance with the Regulatory Code.
To help in this process the Housing Corporation publish a list of Performance Indicators that they want housing associations to measure and report on, and these are used to assess performance in key service areas. The list of performance indicators was revised in 2006/07, which resulted in a smaller number of publishable measures. However, the responsibility remains with the Board of each housing association to ensure that they have sufficiently robust systems in place to monitor all areas of service. In practice, most housing associations measure performance against many more indicators than just those that have to be published to ensure that all areas of their service are monitored.
