The Trust is a registered Social Landlord and a non-profit making organisation.

We recieve money in a variety of ways as follows:

• From rents and service charges
• From Right to Buy and property sales
• Rents from garage, shared ownership and business rents
• Leaseholder income
• Other income

We spend our money on:

• Maintenance, repairs and improvements
• Management and services
• Interest and charges
• New developments
• Rent losses from bad debts
• Depreciation and impairment of housing properties and other fixed assets
