What are service standards?

Service Standards are our commitment to you about the level of service you can expect from us and our employees.

They can be about how quickly we will do things, so for example,

• how quickly we will complete repairs,
• what standard of quality we will use, for example the re let standard
• how we will treat you, for example all staff will wear name badges so that you know who you are talking to
