Mandy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has worked in both local authorities and housing associations. She is currently Assistant Director for Accord Housing Association and also involved in the board of Steps to Work which promotes economic activities in the West Midlands through training and sustainable employment.
Mandy is a board member of the Wrekin Housing Group, Audit & Risk Management Committee, Joint Remuneration, Policy Scrutiny Committee and Continuous Improvement Working Group.
