Tenants play a key role in influencing the way The Wrekin Housing Trust runs and we encourage participation at every level and even have five tenant representatives on our Board. In a recent Housing Corporation inspection, the Trust was praised for the ways in which tenants are involved in the work of the Trust and the opportunities for influencing services.

The Tenants’ Panel consists of tenants that have been elected by other tenants living in the local community. The purpose of this panel is to encourage and stimulate tenant involvement in the management and running of the Trust and to act as a two-way communication channel between the tenants and the Trust Board.
