Information for out of hours repairs
If you have an emergency repair you can report it out of hours by calling 01952 217217. Do not report it online. Please note our response time for emergency repairs is 24 hours and we aim to have resolved the problem within this time. Please note that a tradesperson may only be able to make the area safe during an out of hours call out and so the repair may have to be completed the following day.
