My rent

How do I pay my rent?
There are a number of ways to pay your rent and any other payments to the Trust.

Online through AllPay
You will need to register on the AllPay website, then you can make all your rent payments through their website. It's easy!

Direct debit
You can set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order by calling 01952 217100 and asking to speak to your local housing executive.

For more information on paying your regular household bills by Direct Debit, including lots of useful tools like a budget calculator, visit The Smart Way To Pay.

By Phone
You can call 01952 217111 and pay over the phone - you should have your debit or credit card ready.

Using your online bank
You can pay online if you use Internet Banking. Simply quote our sort code, 20-85-46, and the relevant account number, 10748366 for tenants or 60708062 for leaseholders. You will need to quote your tenancy reference number to ensure payment reaches your account promptly. This can be found on your swipe card or rent statement, or you can call 01952 217100 and we will tell you your tenancy reference number.

Post Office or PayPoint
You can pay at any Post Office and there
are also a number of PayPoint locations throughout the area where you can pay your rent. Remember to take your Easypay swipe card with you. Please be aware that when you pay at a PayPoint or at the Post Office, it will take a few days for your rent balance to clear.
