Information we hold about your Property.
By logging onto this page you can see the information we hold about the condition of your property, and when we believe the main parts of your home could possibly need replacing or repairing. We use this information, when making decisions on our planned improvement programme.
To log in you need to enter your Tenancy Reference Number below. This is usually given on letters sent by the Trust. e.g. MA00000000000.

This information is updated when any improvement work is carried out on your home, or when we carry out a property survey.
The information will only give an indication of when these items are due to be replaced or repaired as our priorities are set by the Government's Decent Homes Standard. But we use this information to help us set out planned programme of improvements each year.
If your property has been prioritised for work to be carried out, we will write to you usually between January and March of the year the work is due. We will normally survey your property first to confirm the information we hold on your property is correct. However if you feel the information we hold about your property is incorrect, please call 01952 217100, and ask for your Area Surveyor or local estate office. They can arrange for the information to be checked and changed if required.
