Leaseholder Forum
 
Formed in October 2006, the aim of the forum is "To improve communication and build a partnership between leaseholders and the Wrekin Housing Trust.  To enable leaseholder representatives to express their views on the provision of services to leaseholders and to influence continuous improvement of services."

The forum meets on a regular basis and is open to anyone who has a long lease with The Wrekin Housing Trust. All leaseholders will be welcome to join in discussions regarding issues that directly affect them.

These include:

• Service charges and the way they are billed
• Major repair bills
• Communication between Leaseholders and The Wrekin Housing Trust
• The standard of Repairs and Maintenance
• Anti-Social Behaviour issues
• AND any other issues that affect leaseholders or their rights

The next Leaseholder Forums will take place in our offices at Colliers Way, Old Park, Telford from 6pm on:

• Tuesday 20th July
• Tuesday 17th August
• Tuesday 21st September
• Tuesday 19th October
• Tuesday 16th November
