You can read our local standard leaflets which explain how you can expect to be treated by us and what we expect of you as tenants. All our other publications are also available in our leaflets on demand page as information sheets.

You can also see how we are working with Telford & Wrekin Council to improve your environment.

We have provided an online form to report a fault or repair and lots of information on how to cope if you're having money problems.
