This is a great way to get your opinions across in a relaxed environment. Focus groups and working groups are held regularly about specific topics. They give you the chance to meet other tenants and Trust employees.

What are the aims of the scheme?:

• Involve residents in service delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement
• Build stronger relationship between the Trust and its customers
• Gather opinions

How much time is involved?
Focus groups are 'as and when' required, to consult our residents on a wide range of subjects.

Do Focus Groups actually work? 
This group helps drive the direction of change within the organisation.

What can you expect to achieve?
Have your say and be there at the beginning of a service to help lead change, i.e. help design the Annual report.
