As a caring housing association, we have many different ways that we help both our own tenants and people in the wider community, who may have support and care needs. We are currently reaching nearly 2000 people with our services, which are delivered by our highly skilled team.
We have 33 sheltered housing schemes where tenants have independent living accommodation but with the peace of mind of a scheme manager who can help with support and guidance. Each home within our schemes also has a 24/7 alarm service for emergencies.

In addition, we have an extra-care scheme with self-contained apartments with on-site care and support. Follow the links on their website for a virtual tour of the building.
If you're finding it hard to live without some level of support, whether you are one of our tenants or not, we offer a housing support service. If you think you'd benefit from some support, please let us know.
We offer solutions to our tenants and their families whose physical needs are not being met through their current accommodation. This is carried out through our Able Living Service (ALS).
A range of adaptations from grab rails, lever taps or stair rails, through to shower facilities can be fitted to meet your requirements, or we may be able to consider more suitable accommodation to meet your needs.
