If you don't have much time and don't want to leave your home to go to a meeting, but you'd like to challenge our services, then this is for you.

This group fill in a survey 2-3 times a year and are invaluable in helping us find out what people want and think about our services or direction.

What are the key aims of the scheme?

• To help us to find out what tenants want or think about a service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services
• Provide a good link and relationship between the Trust and our customers without massive commitment on your part

How much time is involved?
Perhaps 2 hours a year from your own home.

Do tenants really improve services?
Yes this is an ideal way to influence services and help us spot if we are going wrong without having to go to meetings.

What can you expect to achieve?
All the results from the surveys are taken into account when decisions are being made and the results are fed back to you through a newsletter.
