Sheltered housing complaints procedure

We appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong and that sometimes you might not be satisfied with the service. For that reason we have a simple and easy-to-use complaints procedure.

In the first instance it is best to speak to us about any concerns that you might have.  If you are still unhappy then you can complain to any member of staff.  You can do this in person, by phone, by post or by completing a complaints form.  This can be obtained from your Scheme Manager or any local Trust shop. All complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.

It is also nice to know when we are doing something right! So if you're happy with the service please let us know. Equally important is letting us know of any suggestions or comments you have to help us improve our service.  Your views are valuable and help us develop and shape our service.
