KRM have worked with the Trust for many years, predominantely on external repair and painting contracts, but, also on other building related works, including property refurbishments, general and roofing repairs.

During the 2009/2010 programme year KRM carried out repair and painting works to around 800 of our properties and they have been awarded a further contract for repair and painting works within our 2010/2011 planned programme.

KRM have a current Customer Satisfaction score of 98% (updated quartely).

If you are a Trust tenant or Leaseholder and would like KRM to carry out work on your property, they would be happy to provide you with a similar service on a direct agreement basis, please see contact details below. Obviously, any subsequent agreements would be strictly between youself and KRM, independent of any Trust representation or involvement and subject to the terms and conditions of your 'tenancy agreement' or 'terms of lease', including our landlords permissions procedure, etc.
