Good neighbours are a credit to any community. Everybody wants to live in a neighbourhood that has decent, helpful and sociable individuals. We can all think of an example of a neighbour who has gone out of their way to lend a hand in times of need.

We're continually working with our tenants to create close-knit communities where individuals support one another. As the largest social landlord in Shropshire, throughout 2009 we helped bring neighbours together with a variety of events and projects.

We work alongside our tenants and are always trying to find new ways of working with partner services to improve neighbourhoods and encourage a strong sense of community.

Last year we won the award for Customer Service at the prestigious Shropshire Business Awards in July 2009. Picked for our exceptional customer service, we continue year-on-year to improve our communications tenants.
