Chamois have worked with the Trust for many years on planned programme refurbishments. They utilise dedicated multi-skilled teams to undertake a complete 'stripping out' of existing kitchens followed by a full and comprehensive refurbishment, including, all making good, renewal of units, related electrical and gas works, finishes and decoration, etc. Works sometimes involve small scale structural work, insertion of load bearing beams, alterations to gas and/or electrical services, meter moves, etc.

Works are normally undertaken within a Chamois/Trust agreed target installation period of 5 – 7 working days per kitchen (over a consecutive 10 day period). 

Chamois have a current Customer Satisfaction score of 99% (updated quarterly).
