Trust celebrating National Customer Services Week

Last week saw The Wrekin Housing Trust celebrating excellent customer service by getting involved in National Customer Services Week 2008 with a range of activities.

The Trust prides itself on consistently providing excellent customer service, but is using NCSW, 6th-10th October, as an ideal opportunity to make a special effort with both colleagues and customers and to highlight the outstanding customer service being provided.

Among the activities during the week were prizes for tenants that were contacted by the Trust's dedicated Contact Centre to complete repairs satisfaction surveys, special workshops for tenants to discuss issues such as energy bills and a focus on customer service hot topics.

Mrs Lilian Hewitt, one of the tenants who completed the repairs survey and won a bouquet of flowers said, "I was delighted to win the flowers and I'm very happy with the services and repairs that the Trust provides, and with my lovely bungalow."
