New qualifications to benefit tenants

Welfare Benefits Advisors from The Wrkein Housing Trust have successfully completed a 12-week Tax Credits Distance Learning course.

The course was run by the Child Poverty Action Group and was aimed at those who advise customers. The course has given the Welfare Benefits Advisors an in-depth knowledge of the Tax Credits system and they will be able to pass this knowledge on to Trust tenants.
