New homes ready to rent in Stafford

The Wrekin Housing Trust has completed the latest phase of its new development in Stafford where it will be offering brand new homes to rent.

The new homes are nearing completion at The Crossings, close to the centre of Stafford, where a selection of two bedroom apartments will soon be advertised for rent. Residents will be able to choose from ground floor, first or second floor apartments. These homes follow earlier phases where houses and apartments have been built for rent and for sale through shared ownership.

The Crossings is within walking distance of the centre of Stafford and the homes come with the benefit of gas central heating, high quality bathrooms with showers, fitted kitchens and off road parking.

Anybody wishing to be considered for one of the new apartments simply needs to register on The Wrekin Housing Trust's chooseyourhome system. It is free to join, easy to use and open to everyone.
