Positive outcome from tenants meeting

Wrekin Housing Trust tenants from Reynolds House in Ketley attended a meeting last night to discuss a number of topics with Trust employees.

Several residents attended the meeting, which covered the new cleaning contractors for the block and the door entry system. The meeting was an opportunity for residents to ask any questions they had to Trust employees and discuss a positive way forward.

Ben Murphy, Tenant Services Manager at the Trust, said: "I would like to thank all the residents for their feedback and their patience. We have devised a number of long and short term plans to improve the block and we will give feedback on this at the next meeting. We feel that by working with the residents in this way we can provide the services they want."

There will be an update meeting at Reynolds House every month and all tenants are welcome to attend. For more information please contact the Trust on 217365.
