Communications

Communicating with our employees quickly and accurately is vital to the success of our organisation. A key feature of our communications strategy is that team meetings covering all groups of employees are held regularly. In addition, an electronic briefing is circulated to all employees.

Training and development

High quality services can only be delivered by employees who are well trained and highly motivated, so we have a strong commitment to the training and continuous personal development of all employees.  We have a dedicated training and development team and we also support college based learning.
