We have garages sites in Dawley, Donnington, Sutton Hill and Wellington also Oakengates, Madeley, Stirchley, Brookside, Hollinswood, Hadley and Newport.

Once you have completed an application form  (just print the first 2 pages and read the rest) we will try our best to offer you a tenancy that is either your first choice or as close as possible.
 
We operate a waiting list so in some instances there maybe a wait for a specific number or High demand area. If a garage is not available in your chosen area, you will be offered an alternative with view to transfer to another garage in your chosen location when one becomes available.

If we are able to offer a tenancy we would hope to contact you with an appointment to sign a tenancy agreement and collect the keys within one working week.

Tenancy agreement
Anybody renting a garage from The Wrekin Housing Trust must sign a legally binding contract a copy of which can be viewed on this site.

Garage repairs
Our purpose is to provide, manage and improve quality garages in safe neighbourhoods so if there is any repair no matter how small or large that you feel requires attention please contact 217217 where you repair will be logged in accordance to urgency and we will carry out the repair as soon as possible.

Please remember to provide access details to the Call Centre if the repair is inside your garage as we will need to arrange a suitable date and time to arrange for access.

Payment Methods
Our preferred methods of payments are via

• Payment card (issued by WHT on request) at your local post office
• Standing Order (mandate sent out by us and returned directly to your bank)
• Direct Debit (if you prefer we can send it out to you). Please return directly to 1 Landau Court, Tan Bank, Wellington, TF1 1HE)
• Payment over the phone via debit or credit card - please phone 217111 for use of this method
