All of our homes are let through our choice based letting scheme; choose your home.
 
Choose your home advertises to customers on a weekly basis all the homes that are available for rent and allows customers who have joined the scheme to choose up to three per week that they would like to be considered for. 

There are three ways that you can join choose your home:

By phone - 01952 217101
Online - www.chooseyourhome.org.uk
In person - at our local Trust shops

You will need to give us some personal details and answer some questions about why you need to move.  You will then be placed in one of three bands depending on how quickly you need to move - urgent, needing or wanting.
 
Each Wednesday at 9am we advertise the homes we have available on our website www.chooseyourhome.org.uk and in our local Trust shop or offices and you have until 12 noon the following Tuesday to choose up to three that are suitable for you - the advert will give you all the information you will need.  

If you don’t get offered the home, you can use the feedback section of the website to see how many other customers chose that home, the banding and registration date of the person who was offered the home and also your exact position on the list - this will give you an idea of how close you came to being offered the home and also how long it will take for you to move.
