Our stock of garages is part of our continuous improvement strategy and each month we focus our attention on one area in particular, visiting local garage sites and bringing them up to scratch, removing rubbish and graffiti.

Focus on Wellington                                                          

For the last month of 2008 our focus is on Wellington and with Xmas almost upon us we have two 'special offer' areas, Forester Grove and Highway View.

All those applying for a tenancy in specifically these two areas between 8th and 19th December will automatically be entered into a draw for £10 worth of high street voucher, just in time for the January Sales!And All successful garage applicants for the month of December have a chance to win a garage rent-free fortnight in our monthly draw.

With recent changes to VAT making charges for private applicants even cheaper it couldn't be a better time to apply.  Fornightly rents for special offer areas are:  Forester Grove £12.40 (Trust Applicants) or £14.26 for Private.  Highway View £11.76 (Trust Applicants)or £13.52 for Private.
