The Trust works in partnership with many organisations on a variety of development projects to bid for funding from Telford & Wrekin Council and the Homes and Communities Agency, and consults with tenants over development plans.

We look into possibilities of developing our own land reserves, increase stock levels by buying suitable properties and become a partner in other organisations' developments. We currently work in partnership with the Sanctuary Development Consortium Group, to bid for funding.

When commencing plans for development, we invite partner organisations such as building contractors and architects to tender for projects. Each development meet the Homes and Communities Agency Scheme Development Standard, Eco-Homes or Code for Sustainable Homes and where appropriate Lifetime Home standards and 'Secure by Design'. We try to progress all of our development schemes on a partnership basis involving all stakeholders.
