The Haybridge Road flats, which were closed down in the wake of a huge police raid in 2001, have been brought by a development company Russell Harrison Plc. The tower block is now set to be redeveloped into high quality contemporary residential accommodation. The company is hoping to create studio apartments with two-bedroom penthouses.  There are also plans for communal facilities such as a media room and gymnasium. The Trust is also ensuring that the interests of local residents are taken fully into consideration by working closely with Hadley and Leegomery Parish Council and the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, who have been involved in the selection process ensuring a high quality redevelopment.

Dothill Flats, Wellington
The Trust has now sold the site on Severn Drive to Barratt Homes, which is home to eight blocks of four-storey flats to, for sale for redevelopment in agreement with Telford and Wrekin Council who own one of the blocks. Barratt Homes have been delayed in the acquisition due to the current climate. The seven blocks owned by the Trust were previously planned for demolition in September 2004 but work was halted when protected wildlife was discovered in the area.Independent studies by wildlife experts found evidence of a large roosting site for Noctule bats in one of the blocks whilst Long Eared bats and Great Crested newts were also present around the site. This discovery affected the Trust's previous plans for the site and alternative options were considered at length, However conditions will apply to ensure that the block of flats where the bats were present will remain and be refurbished, while the other seven blocks will be demolished to allow for a new housing development. The Trust will benefit from acquiring affordable housing properties on the redeveloped site, which it can offer for rent and shared ownership. Proceeds from the sale of the site will also be invested in acquiring additional homes for rent across the area.
