The Trust works in partnership with many organisations on a variety of development projects to bid for funding from Telford & Wrekin Council and the Housing Corporation. We also consult with tenants over development plans.

We look into possibilities of developing our own land reserves, increasing stock levels by buying suitable properties and becoming partners in other organisations’ developments. We currently work in partnership with the Sanctuary Development Consortium Group, to bid for funding.

When commencing plans for development, the Trust invites partner organisations such as building contractors and architects to tender for projects. Each development meets the Housing Corporation's Scheme Development Standard, Eco-Homes or Code for Sustainable Homes and where appropriate Lifetime Home standards and 'Secured by Design'. We try to progress all of our development schemes on a partnership basis involving all stakeholders.
