November saw the Trust make available 33 apartments through our rental lettings system Choose Your Home and four houses through the shared ownership scheme InReach at Spring Gardens in Shrewsbury.

We also received three properties for rent through Choose Your Home at the Somerfield Road site in Trench, Telford.

We have just taken over ownership of four homes at Monarch Fields in Donnington, Telford, two for rent and two through InReach.

In January, we will be receiving the first phase of properties at the Arleston Lane site in Wellington, where we have demolished blocks of flats to make way for new housing. The first nine will be made available through Choose Your Home.

We will also be taking a further eight properties at Somerfield Road in Trench.
