The final phase of the site, consisting of ten two bedroom apartments, is due later in the year.  This will complete the site, which will of provided a total of 48 homes in the Bridgnorth area.

Parkwood Extra Care Scheme, Woodside - Recent heavy rainstorms have delayed progress on external works. However, despite this the new permanent fencing has been erected, the new entrance formed and car parking laid out. Topsoiling is now in place in anticipation of the landscaping which will commence at the end of the month following removal of all of the site accommodation.

Internal work is largely focussed on finishes. All plasterwork is complete and there are a team of decorators progressively finishing the building from the upper floors down.

Parkwood Extra Care Scheme, Woodside
Work on site is progressing well, and now that the building is fully weather tight, the finishing trades are steadily moving from the third floor down the building as bathrooms and kitchens are progressively fitted out.

The tower crane was taken down in June – exactly a year after the date of its erection. Ground workers are clearing the site and the hard landscaping has commenced.

The new sub station is finished and operational, the lift installation has been completed and alongside the other main mechanical and electrical works, will be commissioned in late August through to early September.

Production is now focussed on the ground floor areas, which contain the main public rooms and these are scheduled for completion over the next eight weeks.
