Castle Lodge, Dawley
This site will be 14 homes for affordable rent, expected to be completed in 2023.
The majority of properties on this site will be let via our agreement with Telford & Wrekin Council, with the remainder available to Wrekin tenants who are 55 years old and over.
Wild Walk - Donnington Wood
This new development includes the construction of 329 homes being bought forward by a partnership comprising of Telford & Wrekin Council, Nuplace Ltd, Lovell Partnerships Ltd and The Wrekin Housing Group.
We will build 186 affordable homes The properties will include 20 retirement apartments, a 76-apartment extra care scheme for people over 55 and 90 homes.

Queen's Wood - Newport
Set to open in 2024, our ShireLiving scheme will offer 70 modern apartments specifically designed to make retirement life easier and more secure. All of the apartments will be available for affordable rent and the development will be complemented by an onsite café, landscaped gardens and its onsite friendly team will offer peace of mind, deliver care and support services and facilitate a vibrant social community.
Main Road - Ketley
Four homes for affrodable rent will be available later in 2023.
Battlefield, Shrewsbury
Work is underway to build 98 homes for affordable homes in the Battlefield area of Shrewsbury.
Whitchurch Road, Prees
Our new development off Whitchurch Road, Prees will provide 27 energy efficient homes. This community-led scheme will feature mix of one, two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows available for affordable rent and shared ownership in November 2024. Priority will be given to people with a connection to the local area.

Pauls Moss, Whitchurch
The Pauls Moss development will feature 71 self-contained extra care apartments for the over 55s, and a new, modern, two-storey health centre for the wider Whitchurch community.
The new development will also feature a community space and café, as well as the integration of Pauls Moss House into the scheme. The scheme is set to be completed in 2024.
Otley Road, Shrewsbury
We are currently building 35 homes for affordable rent on this site. Details on how these homes are being allocated will be announced soon.
Southlands Avenue, Gobowen
We are currently building 38 homes for affordable rent on this site.
