How we work with The Wrekin Housing Group Board Members

Our Board is made up of ten members, and their role is to ensure that The Wrekin Housing Group is run to the highest standards and meets all regulatory, legal and financial requirements. In addition, the Board is responsible for setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the company.

The members of the Board are directors of the company and are also Charitable Trustees. They provide strategic direction and delegate the day to day running of the organisation to the Executive Management Group. The Board's aim is to ensure that we achieve our strategic objectives.

The Board committed themselves to improving their performance by completing the actions in a governance improvement plan. Members have their own appraisal system, a training and development programme.
