Trust wins silver for apprenticeship scheme

We're delighted to announce that the Trust won a silver award at the fourth annual Apprenticeships 4 England awards on Thursday evening.

We're in good company – finalists in other categories included Starbucks Coffee Company and IBM. Each category had only six nominees, so even to be shortlisted was a real achievement.

Tim Munro, Health and Safety Manager at the Trust, said: "We're delighted that our investment in apprenticeships at the Trust has been recognised. This talented young workforce are an important part of our tenant repair scheme and will be with us for many years to come."

Our apprenticeship schemes benefit to our employees, our business and our customers helped us to show a real purpose in our approach; resulting in being shortlisted for the award. Previous and current apprentices make up 15% of the Trust's workforce.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the apprenticeship and training schemes and to our apprentices!

Any future apprenticeship opportunities will be advertised on our website.
