New homes complete at old bus depot

Our development of 31 new homes on the old Arriva bus depot site in Wellington is almost complete.

Homes have started to be handed over and the site will be finished by the end of the month, ready for new tenants to start moving in.

Close to Morrisons and Wellington Town Centre, the site consists of one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom houses, and replaces the old bus depot which was no longer in use. It has taken around a year to complete the site from demolition to now. Local people are pleased to see the site redeveloped and providing affordable homes.

Sarah Bradshaw, Project Manager, says: "Working in partnership with Jessup Brothers Limited we are delivering 31 modern homes which we feel really enhance the street scene in Wellington. The homes will all be energy efficient and look great. We hope the families that move into them will enjoy them for many years to come."
